Whenever a mythological film is being made or mythological name is given to a movie it becomes a matter of religious conflict in the country. Seeing just the case with ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ramleela’, the makers of the much awaited movie ‘Mahabharat’, got their script checked and officially approved by Pandit Dr. Brahmananda Vyas, an eminent author and an expert on mythological tales, Indian culture, history and spirituality.
The movie which is being produced by Kushal Gada and Dhaval Gada, from the house of Jayantilal Gada’s PEN is dated to release on December 27. They have taken all round measures in order to not to hurt the religious intentions of the country people. Director Armaan Khan says, “Mahabharat is a widely read and complex epic in the world’s history of books, so we wanted to be doubly sure of the detailing. For instance, when the Pandavas are exiled, we wanted to know the exact number of years they went into hiding. Thus, we wanted a scholar on board, a ready reckoner, whom we could consult from time to time.”
